Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
- Package the Product: Securely package the item you wish to return, ensuring it is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and documentation.
- Include RAN and Ship the Product: Clearly write the provided return authorization number (RAN) on the outside of the package. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the returned item is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility.
