1. Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping simple and affordable. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate for all orders under $199.

Free Shipping: Orders of $199 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Note: The $199 total is calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes.

2. Delivery Time
To understand when your package will arrive, please consider that Total Delivery Time is the sum of two factors:
Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Delivery Time

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and hand your box over to the carrier.

Transit Time: This is the time the package spends with the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) on the road to your destination.
3. Processing Time

Standard Processing: 1 to 3 Business Days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Since your order ships from Saint Louis, MO (Zip Code 63105), delivery times vary depending on how far you are from the Midwest. Please use the chart below to estimate your transit time after the order has left our warehouse:

Once your package is scanned by our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address for large cookware sets, as some carriers cannot deliver heavy boxes to P.O. Boxes.
